How do the fees work?

Children enrolled in an ECE centre are entitled to up to 20 hours free per week. This can be used at up to 6 hours per day.
Outside of the daily 6 subsidised hours, additional hours are charged at $7.50 per hour.

How can I best help to settle my child at drop-off?
Each child is different, so we make a point of catering for their individual needs and feelings. We want what is best for you and your child. We are more than happy for parents to visit with their child to help with the settling process and will endeavour to support you as best we can.
What if Im running late?
We get it, life happens - and we are here to help! If you're running late and you are not going to be able to pick-up your child at the specified time, please call us and let us know as soon as possible so that we can plan to have the required teacher/child ratios present.
The answer to this question is an absolute yes!
